01Agreement

These terms apply to your use of beyondzeroinjuries.com, operated by Beyond Zero Injuries and the Bill Sims Company ("BZI", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

02Using the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Copy, scrape, or republish substantial parts of the site without written permission.
  • Interfere with the site's operation or security, or try to access areas that are not public.
  • Use the chat assistant to generate unlawful, harmful, or misleading content, to probe or overload the system, or for anything unrelated to learning about BZI.
  • Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organization when contacting us.

03Intellectual property

The text, photographs, graphics, videos, case studies, downloads, and software on this site belong to BZI or its licensors. That includes the names and marks Beyond Zero Injuries, Green Beans & Ice Cream, SEAL Academy, SEAL JSA, SEALMobile, and STCKY Energy. Client names and logos belong to their owners and appear for identification only.

You may view, download, and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial reference, and you may share links and brief quotations with credit. Some downloads, including case study documents, are provided under a confidential license and may not be distributed outside your organization. Any other use needs our written permission.

The assistant answers questions automatically using the content of this site. It can be wrong or out of date, and it cannot make commitments on our behalf. Nothing it says is a quote, an offer, a booking, or professional advice. Confirm anything that matters with us directly. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information. 06Services, orders, and messages

Keynotes, workshops, SEAL Academy programs, and apps are provided under separate written agreements, which control if they conflict with these terms. Books are sold through our third-party online store, whose own terms, shipping, and refund policies apply to your order.

If you opt in to text messages: message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time.

08Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or that results described here will be achieved in your organization.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, BZI and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold BZI harmless from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in South Carolina have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to the site, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

12Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
